1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Manual Donkey ("we," "us," "our"), operated by the business entity Sebastian Kłosiński, located at Ul.Gen. Władysława Sikorskiego 18/100, Płock Mazowieckie 09-410, Poland (NIP: 7743302274), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Manual Donkey is a digital archiving service that specializes in the retrieval, restoration, and delivery of technical documentation. We provide:

• Digital Products: Downloadable user manuals, service guides, and technical documentation in PDF format, delivered instantly via email and download link.
• Customer Support: Technical assistance regarding document access via email at [email protected].

Note: We do not sell or ship physical products. All items are 100% digital.

3. Account Registration

To purchase products, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant third-party processor.
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe.
• The service fee covers the sourcing, hosting, and digital delivery of the documentation.
• All sales are final once the digital delivery is fulfilled (see Refund Policy).

5. Digital Delivery

• Instant Access: Digital products are delivered via email with a download link typically within 1-5 minutes of successful payment.
• Format: Files are provided in PDF format. It is the user's responsibility to have appropriate PDF reader software.
• Availability: Download links remain active for at least 30 days. We recommend saving the file to your local device immediately.

6. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Marks

Manual Donkey operates as an independent digital archive.

• Trademarks: All product names, logos, brands, and other trademarks featured or referred to within our website are the property of their respective trademark holders. These trademark holders are not affiliated with Manual Donkey and do not sponsor or endorse our services.
• Limited License: When you pay for our service, you receive a non-exclusive, personal license to use the digital copy for private, non-commercial maintenance and educational purposes only.
• Restrictions: You may NOT resell, redistribute, or publicly share the files provided.

7. Refunds and Cancellation

Due to the nature of digital content, the European Union's 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the digital download has started, provided the customer has given prior express consent.

• Refunds: Granted only if the file is corrupted, incomplete, or if there is a technical failure in delivery that our support team cannot fix.
• Physical Returns: Not applicable, as no physical goods are sold.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Use automated systems (bots/scrapers) to access our library.
• Resell or commercially exploit the documents provided.
• Attempt to bypass any security measures of the website.

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

Product Accuracy: Manuals are provided as historical/technical references. While we strive for high-quality scans, we do not guarantee that manuals are up-to-date with the latest manufacturer revisions.

Service Availability: Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manual Donkey and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manual Donkey, its operators, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Płock, Poland. For consumers within the European Union, you retain rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
