1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ManualDonkey ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Sebastian Kłosiński, located at Ul. gen. Władysława Sikorskiego 18/100, 09-410 Płock, Poland (NIP: 7743302274), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

ManualDonkey provides technical documentation in two formats:

• Digital Products: PDF technical documentation delivered via email.
• Physical Media: Technical data stored on physical carriers such as USB drives or DVDs, shipped to the customer's address.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are in USD. Payments are processed via Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and BLIK.

4. Delivery

• Digital: Instant or within 24 hours for custom VIN manuals.
• Physical: Dispatched within 24 hours (1 business day).

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks (BMW, Toyota, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes. ManualDonkey is an independent technical documentation archive service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer. Purchase grants a personal, non-commercial license to use the documentation.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
