At Manual Donkey, we strive to ensure that our digital documentation meets your technical needs. Since we specialize exclusively in digital products (PDF downloads), our refund policy is designed to be fair while reflecting the nature of instant digital delivery.

1. Digital Products Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, once a file has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed, the service is considered "used." Under EU consumer protection laws, the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content expires once the download has started with your express consent.

2. When Refunds Are Available

We will provide a full refund for digital products in the following specific cases:

  • Technical Delivery Failure: You did not receive the download link via email and our support team was unable to provide it manually within 24 hours of contact.
  • Corrupted or Damaged File: The PDF file is corrupted, cannot be opened, or has missing/unreadable pages, and we are unable to provide a functional replacement.
  • Significant Mismatch: The manual provided is for a completely different model or year than what was explicitly stated in the product title and description.
  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same digital file twice within 24 hours.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: You no longer need the manual after downloading it.
  • User Error: You purchased a manual for the wrong model by mistake (please verify model names before checkout).
  • Device Incompatibility: You are unable to open the PDF because you do not have PDF reader software installed (we recommend free software like Adobe Acrobat or Chrome).
  • Content Dissatisfaction: The manual does not contain the specific repair information you were looking for, provided the manual is the correct one for your model.

4. No Physical Returns

Manual Donkey does not sell or ship physical products (printed books, DVDs, or parts). As such:

  • There are no shipping costs to be refunded.
  • There is no return address for physical items.
  • Do not attempt to mail physical items to our registration office.

5. How to Request a Refund

Our support team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (Stripe/Credit Card). It may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact our support team before filing a formal dispute or chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved instantly by our team. We provide full evidence of digital delivery and terms acceptance to payment processors for all transactions.
