1. Physical Items (USB/DVD/Accessories)

You have the right to return physical goods within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (EU Right of Withdrawal).

Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Cost: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

2. Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital content, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has started (with your prior express consent).

Refunds: Granted if the file is corrupted or undelivered.
Unopened: If you haven't downloaded the file, a full refund is possible.

EU Digital Content Directive (2019/770): In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal for digital content expires once the delivery of the digital content has begun, provided that the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. Before completing your purchase of digital content, you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right.

3. Defective Goods

If an item (physical or digital) is defective, contact us at [email protected]. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

4. Restocking Fee

No restocking fee is charged.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

All prices on ManualDonkey are displayed and charged in USD (US Dollars). The price shown at checkout is the final price you will be charged. Refunds will be issued in the same currency (USD) to the original payment method. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate if your account is in a different currency.
