How do I place an order?

What format are the manuals in?

Our products are available in two formats: PDF (digital download) delivered instantly to your email, or physical media (USB flash drives or DVDs) shipped to your address. You can choose your preferred format at checkout.

What kind of documentation do you provide?

Can I choose between PDF and physical media?

Yes! You can select either PDF (instant digital download to your email) or physical media (USB/DVD shipped to your address) when adding items to your cart. PDF is the fastest option, while USB/DVD provides a physical backup for long-term storage.

What is your return policy for physical products?

Are there any restocking fees?

No. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. You will receive a full refund of the product price.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process the refund immediately. It typically takes 5–7 working days for your bank to reflect the credit on your original payment method.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your USB stick or DVD arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We will provide a free replacement.
